- 50 grams Milk chocolate couveture
- 200 grams sugar
- 75 grams light Sugar syrup
- 80 grams Pistachio
- 2 tsps butter (salted)
- 1/2 Oranges (Juiced)
Preparation steps

Line a quarter of a baking tray with aluminum foil and fold up edges slightly. Chop chocolate into small pieces.

Caramelize white sugar in a saucepan. Add sugar syrup, pistachios, butter and orange juice, stir and cook over moderate heat, bringing to a boil. Pour on lined baking sheet to a height of 4–5 cm (approximately 1 1/2–2 inches). Sprinkle chopped chocolate on top and allow to melt. Let caramel cool, cut into pieces and serve.
