- ⅔ cup cream
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 Vanilla bean (seeds)
- 7 ozs Dark chocolate (80% cocoa, chopped)
- 9 ozs Milk chocolate (35% cocoa; chopped)
- 1 cup unsalted butter (scant)
- 1 cup chopped Pistachio

Preparation steps
1.
Line an 8"- 9" square tin with non-stick baking paper.
2.
Place the cream, sugar and vanilla seeds in a pan and bring to a boil. Add the chocolate and allow to melt and cool slightly.
3.
Beat the butter until soft and gradually stir into the chocolate-cream mixture.
4.
Pour the chocolate into the tin, about 1/2"-3/4" thick. Sprinkle with the chopped nuts and chill overnight.
5.
Cut into squares to serve.
