1 Vanilla bean (seeds)
7 ounces Dark chocolate (80% cocoa, chopped)
9 ounces Milk chocolate (35% cocoa; chopped)
1 cup unsalted butter (scant)
1 cup chopped Pistachio

Preparation steps

1.

Line an 8"- 9" square tin with non-stick baking paper.

Place the cream, sugar and vanilla seeds in a pan and bring to a boil. Add the chocolate and allow to melt and cool slightly.

Beat the butter until soft and gradually stir into the chocolate-cream mixture.
4.

Pour the chocolate into the tin, about 1/2"-3/4" thick. Sprinkle with the chopped nuts and chill overnight.

Cut into squares to serve.
