- For the daiquiri
- 1 small, ripe Banana
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 4 centiliters Cachaça
- 8 centiliters Pineapple juice
- 2 centiliters Banana juice
- 1 Tbsp Sugar syrup
- 2 Ice cubes
- Ice cream
- For garnish
- 2 Banana
- decorative Cocktail skewer
Preparation steps
1.
Blend the banana with the lemon juice, rum, pineapple juice, banana juice, sugar syrup and crushed ice until smooth.
2.
Add the ice cubes to a highball glass and fill with the daiquiri. Slide the banana slices onto the cocktail skewer, place in the glass and serve immediately.
