- 100 milliliters white Rum
- 8 centiliters Coconut liqueur
- 1 Lime (juiced)
- 250 milliliters Pineapple juice
- 200 milliliters Coconut milk
- 4 Maraschino cherry

Preparation steps
1.
Remove the leaves from the pineapple, and set aside for garnish. Cut the pineapple into slices. Halve the lime slices. Rinse and dry the mint, then remove the leaves.
2.
Fill the glasses 1/3 full with ice cubes. Add the rum, liqueur, lime juice, pineapple juice, and coconut milk in a shaker with 2 handfuls of ice. Pour through a strainer into the glasses.
3.
Garnish the drinks with the prepared fruit, a cocktail cherry, the mint, and pineapple leaves and serve.
