½ l White vinegar
250 milliliters water
2 cloves
1 tsp white peppercorns
1 bay leaf
2 tsps salt
6 small shallots (peeled)
2 garlic cloves (peeled)
8 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Mix all the ingredients in a pot except for the mushrooms and the olive oil. Bring to a boil, add the mushrooms, and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat.

2.

Portion the mushrooms and cooking liquid into 2 prepared jars. Top each with 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Seal tightly, and cool completely.
