- 1 kilogram Porcini mushroom
- salt
- 250 milliliters White vinegar
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp black peppercorns
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 rosemary
Preparation steps
1.
Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth and cut into pieces. Blanch in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes then drain.

Bring the vinegar, 250 ml (approximately 1 cup) water, salt, sugar, peppercorns, peeled garlic cloves and rosemary to a boil.
3.
Place the mushrooms in sterilized jars, pour the boiling liquid over the mushrooms to cover and seal.
