- 2 Steak (about 200 g)
- 2 Chicken breasts
- salt
- peppers (from the mill)
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- Bell pepper ((1 large red and green)
- 1 yellow onion
- 2 garlic cloves

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse bell peppers, trim, cut in half, remove seeds, remove all white interior skins and cut into strips. Peel, halve and cut onion into strips. Peel garlic and chop finely.
2.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and cook onions until soft with garlic and bell pepper. Let sauté for 2-3 minutes, then pour on 1/2 cup water, cover and simmer about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
3.
Season meat with salt and pepper and cook in hot oil in a grill pan or on a hot grill on each side for about 5 minutes. Fry. Remove and cut into strips.
4.
Serve meat strips arranged on the vegetables.
