- 250 grams Beef fillet
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sherry
- 1 carrot
- Bell pepper (1 yellow, 1 red ; 1 green)
- 1 Red chili pepper
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps sherry
- 2 Tbsps Chicken broth
- ½ tsp cornstarch

Preparation steps

Rinse the meat, pat dry and cut across the grain into thin slices. In a bowl, coat the meat slices with cornstarch, then sprinkle with soy sauce and sherry and chill in the refrigerator. Rinse peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds and ribs and cut into strips. Cut chile peppers in half, remove seeds and cut into pieces.

Heat a large pan with a heavy bottom, add the oil and brown the meat on all sides. Remove the meat, add the peppers and stir fry. Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl stir, pour into the pan and bring to a boil. Return the meat to the pan and stir everything over high heat until cooked. Serve with rice.
