Bell pepper
125 milliliters olive oil
3 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
4 garlic cloves
150 grams small black Olives
2 Tbsps finely chopped Basil

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to 220°C (approximately 425°F).

Rinse bell peppers, trim, remove core and ribs and cut lengthwise into quarters. Place on a baking sheet with the skin side up and bake for about 20 minutes until the skin blisters. Remove from the oven, let cool and peel off the skin. Then cut the quarters into smaller pieces.

3.

Peel the garlic cloves and finely chop, then sauté in 1 tablespoon of oil.

4.

Mix the remaining oil with vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Mix with bell peppers, garlic, olives and basil and place in a bowl.

5.

Cover the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator at least 12 hours.
