Preparation steps

Rinse the arugula and shake dry. Rinse the pears, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into wedges.

Wrap the pear wedges with the prosciutto slices and pin together with toothpicks or small wooden skewers, along with an arugula leaf on each one.

Serve drizzled with balsamic sauce.
