4 Pears
2 centiliters Pear brandy
1 teaspoon Honey
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
400 grams Taleggio cheese
30 grams Sliced almonds
150 grams Red grapes (seedless)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C upper and lower heat.
Step 2/3

Rinse and dry pears, quarter and core. Combine brandy with honey and lemon juice, mix with pears. Spread pears in a baking pan. Slice cheese (cut off crust if desired) and arrange on top of pears. Sprinkle with almonds and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Rinse and halve grapes. Remove pears from the oven and serve garnished with grapes.
