- 8 ripe Peaches (peeled and stones removed)
- fresh Lime juice
- ½ cup water
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- Limes (to garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Roughly chop the peach flesh and place in a blender with the lime juice, sugar and water.
2.
Blend until smooth then pass through a sieve and pour into glasses. Serve garnished with the lime juice.
