- 500 grams Spaghetti
- 2 Zucchini
- 2 shallots
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- Sea salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse the zucchini, trim and cut lengthwise into thin slices. Peel and finely chop the shallots and garlic. Sauté together in hot oil and add the zucchini slices.
2.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the spaghetti and divide among four plates. Top with the vegetables and serve.
