400 grams Zucchini
3 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp Pastry flour
2 garlic cloves
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried rosemary
50 grams Gorgonzola
75 grams cream cheese
200 grams Sour cream
2 Tbsps chopped Dill
500 grams Tagliatelle

Preparation steps

1.

Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package directions until al dente.

In the meantime, rinse the zucchini and cut into thin slices. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Combine the garlic, zucchini, oil, thyme and rosemary in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Cook in a microwave for 5 minutes.

Mash Gorgonzola slightly and mix with the cream cheese, sour cream, flour and dill and add to the zucchini mixture. Mix well and microwave for about another 5 minutes. Stir well after 2 minutes, continue to cook, stir again and season with salt and pepper. 

4.

Mix the pasta and zucchini sauce and arrange on plates. Garnish with dill and serve.
