500 grams Tagliatelle
1 bunch Basil (coarsely chopped)
400 grams Broad bean
2 garlic cloves
4 Tbsps olive oil
Sea salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Blanch beans in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water, drain well. 

2.

Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. 

3.

Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat olive oil in  pan and saute garlic for a few seconds, add beans and basil and saute for a few minutes. Add pasta with some cooking water and season with salt and pepper. Arrange on plates and serve.
