Preparation steps

Rinse herbs, shake dry, pluck off leaves and chop finely. Cook pasta in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water. Cut cheese into small cubes.

Whisk cream with eggs, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Butter 4 ovenproof ramekins (diameter of 10 cm) (approximately 4 inches) and arrange pasta, herbs and cheese in them. Pour egg cream over until pasta is covered to 3/4. Combine melted butter with breadcrumbs and sprinkle over pasta. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
