Herb Pasta with Feta Cheese
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salt water according to the packing until al dente. Drain well in a colander. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Heat the oil in a frying pan and briefly sauté the herbs and garlic. Rinse the scallions and cut into rings. Cut the feta cheese into cubes. Put the spaghetti along with the spring onions and feta cheese into the pan and mix well. Season with salt and cayenne pepper.
