1 medium onion (peeled and chopped)
5.333 cups sliced Mushrooms
¾ cup butter
½ cup all-purpose flour
4 cups Chicken broth
2 cups milk
2 cups half and half cream
1 tsp dried Basil
½ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp peppers
¼ tsp garlic powder
4 cups chopped, leftover, cooked, mixed Vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, zucchini, etc. )
2 cups cooked macaroni (shells)

Preparation steps

In a Dutch oven, set over medium heat, saute onions and mushrooms in butter until tender. Add flour; stir until blended. Gradually add broth and bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
