30 grams Yeast
1 tsp sugar
250 milliliters warm water
430 grams Pastry flour
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
2 eggs
For the filling
minced eggs (with mayonnaise and chives)
ham (with cucumber)
Salmon (with horseradish and cream fraiche)

Preparation steps

1.

Dissolve yeast with sugar in lukewarm water and knead well with flour, salt and oil. Let rest in a warm place about 45 minutes.

Whisk egg.

Put dough on lightly floured work surface and knead. Roll dough into 3 cm (approximately 1 inch) thick logs, cut into slices and create round shapes. Place round dough on a greased baking sheet, flatten slightly, brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

4.

Bake about 8 minutes in a preheated 250°C (approximately 500°F).
