- 400 grams Papaya
- 1 red Bell pepper
- 1 Orange (juice)
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- 4 King prawn (ready to cook; peeled down to the tail segment)
- 2 Tbsps black Mustard seed
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- 300 grams Daikon radish
- 1 Tbsp Campari
- 2 Tbsps Raspberry vinegar
- 2 tsps sugar
- Shiso sprout (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Peel the papaya, halve lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Set aside about 1 tablespoon of the seeds. Cube the papaya flesh. Rinse and chop the pepper. Puree the papaya and pepper with the orange juice and season with salt and cayenne pepper. Fold in the papaya seeds and chill.
Rinse the prawns, pat dry, toss with the mustard seeds and saute in 1 tablespoon of hot oil for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Season lightly with salt. Peel and slice the radish.
Mix the campari with the vinegar and sugar. Season with salt. Mix the radish in the marinade and arrange on four plates. Place the prawns on top and garnish with sprouts. Serve with the soup.
