- ½ Cucumber
- 4 Tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 stick Celery
- 2 cloves garlic cloves
- ⅔ cup black Olives
- 3 sprigs parsley
- 1 lemon
- 3 Tbsps white wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- In addition
- 6 slices white Bread
- ¼ cup Oil
- salt
- peppers
- Lemon wedge (to garnish)
Preparation steps

Wash the cucumber, halve lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and dice. Wash, halve, deseed and dice the tomatoes. Peel and dice the onion. Wash, halve, core and dice the green pepper. Trim and slice the celery. Peel and press the garlic. Mix all the prepared ingredients and add the drained olives. Wash the parsley, shake dry, pick off the leaves and add to the salad. Wash, halve and squeeze the lemon. Mix the juice with the vinegar and oil and add to the salad. Mix well. Cut the bread into cubes, fry in oil and season lightly with salt and pepper. Mix with the salad. Spoon the salad into dishes and serve with lemon wedges.
