½ lemon

Preparation steps

Rinse, halve and cube tomatoes. Rinse and cube cucumber. Juice the lemon. Rinse herbs, shake dry, chop coarsely and toss everything together with the lemon juice.

Cube bread and drizzle with olive oil in a bowl, coating all pieces. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake at 160°C (approximately 325°F) for about 10 minutes, until golden. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Season with sea salt and pepper. Toss croutons with salad mixture and serve immediately.
