400 grams day-old white bread
6 Tbsps olive oil
1 garlic clove
4 handfuls Arugula (180 grams)
250 grams Mozzarella (Approximately 2 scoops)
250 grams Cherry tomatoes
1 handful Basil
4 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
salt

150 grams Prosciutto

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven broiler. Cut bread into thin slices, place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Cook under the preheated oven broiler, watching carefully, for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from the oven and rub with halved garlic.

Rinse arugula, trim and spin dry. Cut mozzarella into slices. Rinse tomatoes and cut in half.

Rinse basil, shake dry, chop and mix in a bowl with vinegar, some water and remaining oil and season with salt and pepper.

4.

Alternately layer all prepared salad ingredients on a plate with ham and drizzle with the dressing.
