35 ozs potatoes (peeled and cut into chunks)
1 pinch salt
2 Tbsps butter
3 Tbsps Oil
4 slices Bacon (diced)
4 sprigs rosemary (leaves)

1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Large knife, 1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Small knife, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Bowl

Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6.
2.
Cook the potatoes in a pan of boiling salted water for 7-8 minutes until almost cooked. Drain thoroughly, then cover the pan and shake the potatoes until the outsides are roughened.
3.
Put the butter and oil into a roasting tin and heat in the oven for 5 minutes.
4.
Add the potatoes, bacon and rosemary and mix until the potatoes are well coated in the fat.
5.
Return the tin to the oven and roast for 45-60 minutes, until golden and crunchy. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve immediately.
