- 14 ozs Udon Noodle
- 21 ozs Chicken breasts
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 6 Tbsps sesame oil
- 4 inches Lemongrass
- 1 clove garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 scallion (chopped)
- ⅛ cup Oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsps light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- ⅜ cup Chicken broth

2 Pots, 1 Lid, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Small bowl, 1 Fine grater, 1 Potato ricer, 1 Bowl, 1 Hand mixer, 1 beschichtete Skillet, 1 Slotted spatula
Preparation steps
1.
Cook the noodles in boiling salted water, according to packet instructions.

Finely dice the chicken, mix with salt, pepper, 2 tbsp oil and lemon grass and marinate for 30 minutes.
3.
Heat 4 tbsp oil in a wok and stir-fry the garlic and the scallions for 30 seconds.

Add the chicken and fry all together for 1-2 minutes. Season with oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar.
5.
Drain the udon noodles. Mix with the chicken and the sauce.
