- 8 King prawn (peeled and deveined)
- 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley
- 75 grams freshly grated Cheese (such as Gruyere)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the orzo pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. Finely grate the lemon, and squeeze.
2.
Peel and finely chop the garlic, then sauté briefly in hot oil. Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the drained orzo (if necessary, add a little pasta water). Mix with the parlsey, cheese, and lemon zest. Season to taste with the salt, lemon juice, and pepper.
