- 3 sprigs parsley
- 3 sprigs Chervil
- 3 Tbsps butter
- 150 milliliters fish stock
- 2 centiliters Anisette (such as Pernod)
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 20 grams King prawn (peeled, deveined, tail-on)

Preparation steps

Peel and finely dice the garlic. Rinse and dry the herbs. Remove the leaves from the stems and finely chop. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan, and sauté the garlic. Deglaze with the stock and the anisette. Bring to a simmer, add the lemon juice and herbs, and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. Sauté the shrimp in the remaining butter for 2-3 minutes. Place the shrimp in bowls, and top with the sauce.

Serve the shrimp with a fresh baguette, if you'd like.
