Preparation steps

1.

Rinse an orange in hot water, pat dry and cut 4 thin slices. Squeeze the juice from the rest and also the other oranges.

Mix the black tea with 200 ml of boiling water (approximately 3/4 cup) and the orange peel. Leave to stand briefly and then strain the liquid. Pour in the orange juice and the rum and sweeten to taste with brown sugar.
