- 250 grams sugar
- Edible flowers (to taste)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse 2 oranges in hot water and grate zest finely. Squeeze juice from all the oranges. Dissolve sugar in 400 ml (approximately 1 2/3 cup) of warm water and add orange juice and zest.
2.
Pour into a bowl and freeze for at least 4 hours, stirring every hour.
3.
Place into glasses and garnish with flowers, serve.
