- 2 large Oganic oranges
- 40 grams honey
- pinenuts and Shelled pistachio (1 teaspoon)
- 100 milliliters Orange juice

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and fillet the oranges, collecting the juice.
Arrange the segments in a star shape in two deep bowls.
Squeeze and collect the remaining juice from the orange pith and brush the orange segments with it.

Heat the honey in a small saucepan and then add the orange juice, while stirring. Bring to a boil again.
Pour the liquid over the orange segments and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Toast the pistachios and pine nuts in a dry skillet and chop finely.
Serve the orange segments showered with the nuts.
