- 4 Tomatoes
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 4 slices white bread
- 4 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- salt
- 1 Tbsp scallions
- Chives (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Boil the eggs for 5-6 minutes until cooked through. Peel and slice (use an egg slicer if desired).
2.
Rinse the tomatoes, pat dry, core and slice. Rinse the lettuce leaves and pat dry with paper towel. To assemble, spread the mayonnaise on the bread slices. Arrange the lettuce, tomatoes and egg slices on top. Season with salt and garnish with chives.
