- 4 slices organic Multigrain bread
- Condiments (your choice; mayonnaise, mustard, herbed cheese spread, etc.)
- 8 slices organic, oven-roasted, deli turkey breasts
- 1 ripe Tomato
- 1 Red onion (peeled and sliced)
- 1 bunch chia seed sprout
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)

Preparation steps
1.
Spread the condiment of your choice on one side of the 4 bread slices. Arrange 2 slices of deli turkey on each bread slice and top with sliced tomato, onion and sprouts. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve.
