- 1 ½ stalks Leeks
- 350 grams onions
- 2 Tbsps butter
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 tsp sugar
- 100 milliliters dry white wine
- 800 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 1 Tbsp coarsely crushed Coriander
- White vinegar
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley

Preparation steps

Halve the leeks, rinse and cut into 1 cm wide strips. Peel, halve and cut the onions into thin rings. Melt the butter in a saucepan and saute the onion and leeks. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until soft.

Pour in the wine and broth. Add the spices and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Season with a dash of vinegar, stir in the parsley and serve.
