Preparation steps

Mix the eggs well, season well with salt and pepper and mix in half of the herbs. In a large skillet over medium heat, foam the butter and pour in the egg and herb mixture. Sprinkle the remaining herbs over top and let the base be laid.

Now and then shake the pan, so that the omelette does not stick to the bottom. If the surface of the omelet is still shiny and soft, continue cooking. Slip the omelette onto a preheated plate and fold. Serve with green salad.
