- 6 eggs
- 6 Tbsps Whipped cream
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- vegetable oil
- 1 bunch Cress
- 1 bunch Chives
- ½ bunch parsley
- 1 Chervil

Preparation steps

Rinse herbs and shake dry. Pluck chervil leaves from stems, chop parsley, cut chives into rolls and cut cress with scissors. Mix eggs with cream in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large frying pan and pour a thin layer of egg mixture into the pan. Let cook briefly.

Reduce heat and sprinkle herbs on top of the omelet. Wait briefly until the egg is completely cooked. Now slide finished omelet from the pan onto a plate and roll so that herb stuffing is on the inside. Cut with a knife diagonally into 5 cm (approximately 2 inches) pieces and secure with toothpicks. Serve immediately.
