1 pkg pizza dough mix (thawed, if necessary)
3 sprigs rosemary
100 grams black Olives
50 grams fresh Parmesan
Pastry flour (for dusting)
250 grams Mozzarella
coarse Sea salt
2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

Rinse the rosemary, pat dry and pluck the needles. Chop the olives. Knead the rosemary, olives and Parmesan into the pizza dough then divide into 4 pieces. With lightly floured hands, shape into flat patties. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Slice the mozzarella and arrange over the bread. Sprinkle with sea salt and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 20 minutes.
