English muffin (sliced in half and lightly toasted)

Preparation steps

1.
Heat oil in a large skillet. Over medium-high heat saute onion and pepper until soft, about 5 minutes. Add garlic, stir and continue to cook another minute.

Increase heat and add the beef; season with salt and pepper and stir frequently to break up meat. Continue to cook for about 10 minutes, or until no longer pink.
3.
Add ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire, chili powder and cumin. Cook and stir until well incorporated and heated through, about 4 minutes. Divide into equal portions on each roll and serve.
