- 500 grams frozen Calamari (ready to cook)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 sprig thyme
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- 300 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 1 baby Spinach
- salt
- peppers
- juiced lemons
- 1 scallion
- Nasturtium (for garnishing)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel garlic and chop. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan and saute garlic and thyme for a few minutes, add calamari and saute briefly or until done, remove from heat and cool slightly. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Rinse and halve tomatoes. Rinse and spin dry spinach. Rinse and dry scallions, cut into rings. Combine all ingredients with calamari, drizzle with remaining olive oil and garnish with nasturtiums. Serve.
