Snack lovers beware: Obazda is not only a must in combination with a delicious pretzel, but also scores with its mineral richness. The camembert as the main ingredient provides magnesium for strong nerves in stressful times and the combination of calcium and phosphorus for strong bones.
Depending on preference, the spicy dip can be served with a seasonal selection of raw vegetables - it doesn't always have to be the pretzels: an aromatic wholemeal rye bread offers a great change.

Preparation steps

Peel onion and chop very finely. Beat butter until fluffy. Add Camembert, onion, ale, paprika and cumin and whisk with a fork until creamy.

If necessary, add more ale. Season with salt and pepper and serve with radishes and pretzels, if desired.
