3 Tbsps brown sugar

Preparation steps

1.
Peel the carrots and pears. Core the pears. Cut both into matchsticks and mix together in a bowl.

Squeeze the oranges.
3.
Divide the oats into 6 tall glasses. Sprinkle with the sugar. Pour over the orange juice and add the carrot/pear mixture on top before serving.
