1 ⅛ cups low-fat Yogurt
1 ⅔ cups Buttermilk
To garnish

1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 3 Bowls, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Whisk, 1 Blender, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Slotted spatula

Preparation steps

1.
Peel the bananas and place in a blender.
2.
Squeeze the juice from the oranges and add to the bananas with the honey, oatmeal yoghurt and buttermilk.
3.
Whizz until smooth and serve with the oatmeal and mint leaves to garnish.
