- 1 Oak leaf lettuce
- 250 grams Oyster mushrooms
- 4 Sage
- 1 garlic clove
- 125 grams Bacon (diced into small cubes)
- 1 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Rinse the lettuce, trim, spin dry, tear into small pieces and arrange on plates. Clean the oyster mushrooms, remove the stems and chop as needed. Cut sage leaves into strips. Peel and chop the garlic.

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan and fry the oyster mushrooms, sage and garlic briefly. Season with salt and pepper, remove from pan and place on the salad.

Add bacon to the pan and fry briefly. Stir in vinegar and remove from heat. Stir remaining olive oil into the bacon and season with salt and pepper. To serve, drizzle the bacon vinaigrette over the salad.
