Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lettuce and beet leaves and shake dry. Tear into smaller pieces if necessary and mix together in a large bowl.

For the dressing, mix 5 tablespoons of olive oil and 3 tablespoons of vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle over the salad before serving.
