2 cups Brussels sprouts (trimmed)
¾ cup Hazelnuts
¼ cup butter

Preparation steps

1.
Bring a large saucepan of boiling water to the boil and cook the brussels sprouts in it for 12-15 minutes until tender. Drain and dry off as much as possible.
2.
Heat the butter in a large frying pan over a moderate heat until it stops foaming.
3.
Add the brussels sprouts to the butter and pan-fry for 4-5 minutes, tossing and stirring occasionally.
4.
Add the hazelnuts and some seasoning and continue to pan-fry for a few more minutes. Spoon into a serving dish.
