- 6 ½ cups Apricot (peeled, pitted and diced)
- ½ organic lemon (juiced)
- 4 ½ cups preserving sugar (1:1)
- 2 ½ cups Almond flour
Preparation steps
1.
Mix together the apricots, lemon juice and sugar in a pot and boil for 5 min. Add the almonds and pour the jam into sterilised jars.
2.
Close tightly, rest upside down for 10 min then turn the right way up and leave to cool.
