Apricot (peeled, pitted and diced)

organic lemon (juiced)

Step 1/2
Mix together the apricots, lemon juice and sugar in a pot and boil for 5 min. Add the almonds and pour the jam into sterilised jars.
Step 2/2
Close tightly, rest upside down for 10 min then turn the right way up and leave to cool.
