- 4 egg whites
- 200 grams brown sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 150 grams Hazelnuts (ground)
- 100 grams almonds (ground)
- 40 halved Hazelnuts (for decoration)
- 250 grams Milk Chocolate Glaze

Preparation steps
1.
Beat egg whites to very stiff peaks, sprinkle in sugar and lemon juice, beating stiff again. Fold in ground nuts. Use a tablespoon to drop dough onto a parchment paper-lined baking tray. Bake in preheated oven at 150°C (approximately 300°F) convection, for about 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven, take cookies off baking sheet and let cool.

Melt milk chocolate and spresd on top. Decorate with halved hazelnuts. Allow chocolate to harden.
