- 700 grams button Mushroom
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- onions (as needed)
- garlic cloves (as needed)
- 4 Juniper berries
- 2 small Pickled cucumbers
- 8 white peppercorns
- 4 Tbsps clarified butter
- 4 Tbsps white wine
- 120 grams Whipped cream
- 1 kilogram
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley

Preparation steps

Peel onion and garlic and finely chop. Rinse mushrooms and cut into thick slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Crush spices in a mortar. Cut dill pickle into small cubes. Heat 1 tablespoon butter and saute onion and garlic. Add mushrooms and cook over high heat.

Pour in wine and cream, add dill pickle and spices and season with salt. Simmer over low heat. Cook noodles according to package directions in remaining butter. Distribute on plates, sprinkle with parsley and top with mushroom ragout to serve.
