- ⅓ Galia melon
- 3 Tbsps Oats
- 4 Red currant
- 200 grams Yogurt (low-fat)
- 200 grams Buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp coarsely chopped Walnut

Preparation steps
1.
Remove the melon seeds and cut off 2 sliced for garnish. Peel the rest of the melon and dice finely. Mix the diced melon and the oatmeal and divide into 2 glasses.

Rinse the currants and pat dry. Mix the yogurt and buttermilk and pour over the melon mixture. Serve garnished with chopped walnuts and currants.
