7 sprigs fresh Peppermint
3 tsps green Tea
6 Cinnamon stick

Preparation steps

Rinse mint, shake dry, and set aside some leaves for garnish. Place remaining mint, green tea and 2 cinnamon sticks in a pot. Cover with 800 ml (approximately 3 1/2 cups) hot water and let steep 2-3 minutes.

Strain tea through a sieve, pour into glasses and garnish each glass with a cinnamon stick and mint leaves. Sweeten to taste with sugar, if desired.
