- 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ⅛ oz salt
- ½ tsp Dried yeast

Preparation steps
1.
Mix together the flour and the salt and dissolve the yeast in 350 ml warm water. Add to the flour and knead into a smooth, pliable dough that does not stick to the sides of the bowl. Cover and leave to rest for around 30 minutes until the dough has visibly grown in size.

Remove from the bowl and split into 6 equal portions. Oil your hands and press the dough balls into 20 x 20 cm squares on an oiled surface. Fold the sides into the middle and roll up tightly.
3.
Stand the rolls on the work surface and press them flat until you have circles approx. 20 cm in diameter.
4.
Heat some oil in a pan and fry all the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Serve immediately.
